Gold Zunari KABUTO authentic Japanese Edo Period Samurai Iron helmet


Signed with a Kabuto craftsman, 三国 (MIKUNI).

Samurai Family crest : Gosan KIRI



Early Edo Period

This is an authentic Japanese samurai iron armor helmet called ZUNARI KABUTO. 

This Kabuto is from Early Edo Period, and was actually owned by a samurai warrior. 

The main part of the helmet is made from URUSHI lacquered iron plates.

Rare gold is the original. (No repaint).


Good antique condition.

Iron is No dent No cracks.

some Lacquer chips and rust.

There are some damages on the Shikoro's strings that join them (the protection parts of the back of the neck).
