Fine Large Japanese Antique Native wood Burl Tray TAMAMOKU
Late 1800s Meiji Era
This large gorgeous Japanese tray was made from natural root or trunk
and has deep patina.
It is a beautifully undulating tray of burl with curled edges.
And the base of the tray was made from flat wood.
The wood is a rich brown and twists in the most sumptuous patterns.
Width across corner : max 42.5cm ( 16.7") Height : max 14.2cm ( 5.6" )
